A fun full week

    This week flew by for us. We had lots of fun but missed some with time Dale home when he was asked to work a 6 day work week instead of 5. Earlier in the week we got out our dollar store kite on a VERY windy day. It was a bit too windy for it too fly and in fact broke but we still had a nice afternoon in our lovely cul de sac. We also went out for dinner on kids night to Peter Piper Pizza which we have re-named "Pizza Planet" as Landon is obsessed with Toy Story. It made it much more exciting for him to visit a "Pizza Planet". He got to ride the carousel and as usual picked out the "chicken" (rooster) to ride.
    We truly feel so blessed to be at the end of a quiet cul de sac with other families that have boys about the same age as Landon. He has become good friends with Jordan and Ethan, who are a bit older but still close enough to be good buddies. For the first time this week Landon chased and played around with the other two boys rather than shying away from it as usual. It was awesome to get to chat with the other parents and watch the boys having fun together. Looking forward to another week with beautiful weather and fun with our neighbors.
