This week has been pretty nice and quiet! We had fun eating on family night again at "Pizza Planet" and Landon was thrilled to get to ride his "chicken" again on the carousel. We may make it a new weekly tradition since $10 feeds all of us with leftovers to take home and we have a lot of fun letting Landon run around. On Sunday, after church, Landon got to take home a crown they had given all the kids to wear. Knowing that everything they teach has a purpose related to the Bible I asked him why he had a crown and he told me "Jesus gave it to me". Im not sure exactly what he was taught but it makes me gush inside knowing he is learning the word of our Lord. We also had a big first this week, when Dale decided he needed a haircut Landon and I tagged along. When we got to Supercuts Dale and I made a spur of the moment decision to try to get Landon to sit in the big chair and get his first real haircut. We have never been successful ourselves cutting his hair as he absolutely refuses and we end up with a few peices never getting trimmed. To our suprise, he sat down with no complaint and let the nice girl go at it. Knowing how stubborn and strongwilled he can be when he doesn't want to do something, this blew us away!
